Packages to Guam and other U.S. protectorates and territories may be shipped only via the United States postal system (standard shipping) or, for express delivery, via DHL Worldwide Express International. This means that for standard shipping these addresses are considered U.S. addresses and for express delivery these addresses are considered international and are subject to any duties and customs which may apply.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

A note about standard shipping: All international shipping charges are estimates as the USPS has gone out of their way to make this complicated. We will ship by the most inexpensive method whenever we can. Packages sent via standard shipping go by priority mail. Shipping time varies widely depending on the destination. We have found that standard shipments take about 2 to 3 weeks to Canada, 6 weeks to the United Kingdom, 6 to 8 weeks to Asia and Australia, and 10 to 12 weeks to South America and Africa.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

About Next Day Air

Upgrading to Next Day Air does not mean you'll get your order the next day because it does not change how long it takes us to assemble and ship your order – it only reduces the travel time after your order leaves our warehouse. We try to ship all orders on the same day the order is received, but you should allow one day for processing, longer if the item is not in stock. Surcharges on Air Shipments may be added to large sets and over-sized books and sets.

Customs Information

Customs forms for all international packages list the value of your order's contents by product type. If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift," but the cost of the items must still be stated on the customs form.

Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
